A LITTLE ABOUT ME

My facilitation style: Enthusiastic, open, challenging, dynamic and uplifting.

What gets me out of bed in the morning: Having a purpose; to make a positive difference. And Coffee!

I get a kick out of: Experiencing something new for the first time.

What I most look forward to when working with a new client: The ‘Aha moment’.

Outside of work, you’ll find me: Walking my dogs, gardening, and travelling, wining and dining and spending time with loved ones.

My dream client: Someone who has a growth mind set, who is honest and open to change and who has the ability to be introspective.

The number one thing I have learnt as a coach: In order to affect real growth, you have to scratch beneath the surface
